Tuning
What it is
A fast ride hauls in more loot. Tuning gives you extra crime cash for a while. It gives no combat power.
Where to find it
Arsenal. From rank Enforcer.
How it works
Pay 6 energy and at least $220; the price rises with your rank.
Your crime cash is then 16% higher for 55 minutes. That factor comes after Street rush and before the critical hit (see Crimes).
Costs, returns and limits
Only works on crime cash, not on shop prices.
