The Dossier

Part two of the handbook. One card per feature, written as the file the police keep on you, or the file the family keeps on the city. This is where the exact rules and formulas live. Every number comes straight from the game.

Part one, the basics in plain language, is in the handbook.

Organised Crime

What it is

A bigger job with a fixed crew of four. The leader puts in a stake, invites three roles and splits the loot. A strong crew and good gear help — the details stay off the books.

Where to find it

Crimes › Organised Crime (from rank Associate).

How it works

You can join from rank Associate. Leading your own OC opens at rank Enforcer.

The leader pays $50,000 and picks a name, then invites a driver, bomb expert and weapons expert.

Everyone must be in the same city. You cannot travel while an OC is active.

The driver puts in one garage car (stolen or from the Marketplace, not Arsenal). The bomb expert buys up to 4 bombs at $25,000 each. The weapons expert puts in up to 4 Arsenal weapons.

Each slot has a loot percentage (at least 10% each, a full split).

When everyone is Ready, the leader starts the job. After a short countdown comes the outcome. Staked items are always consumed.

Afterwards you wait 12 hours before starting or accepting again. A lobby that never starts expires after 12 hours.

Costs, returns and limits

Loot is split by the percentages the leader set. What you stake does not come back after the job — success or not.
