Part two of the handbook. One card per feature, written as the file the police keep on you, or the file the family keeps on the city. This is where the exact rules and formulas live. Every number comes straight from the game.
Part one, the basics in plain language, is in the handbook.
Armored van
What it is
Armored, armed and discreet. The armored van takes street cash to the bank with a lower fee than the counter. In return you get heat and a wait.
Where to find it
Services. From rank Associate. Also works while you're in the hospital.
How it works
Pick an amount of at least $500.
The fee is 4%. You get 4 heat.
Then you wait 20 minutes for the next van. That is not a delivery time.
Costs, returns and limits
The amount minus the fee is in the bank immediately.
