What it is
What's said in the city stays in the city. Short messages for the city you're in right now. No links, no slurs.

How it works
A message is 1 to 240 characters.
You send at most 1 message per 8 seconds.
You can report 5 times per 1 minute.
Costs, returns and limits
Costs nothing. On the train the chat is closed. A mute, a ban or a forum write-ban blocks the chat until that penalty ends. The message names that time. The same gate covers the forum, a private message, your bio, a transfer note and a family invite.
