Part two of the handbook. One card per feature, written as the file the police keep on you, or the file the family keeps on the city. This is where the exact rules and formulas live. Every number comes straight from the game.

Chop shop
What it is
What doesn't drive anymore leaves in parts. The chop shop buys Arsenal cars back for part of the purchase price. Only Arsenal cars, not stolen rides from Cars. Even your last Arsenal car can go in. After that you've lost that bonus.

How it works
Pick an Arsenal car you own.
You get 45% of the purchase price and 5 heat.
Costs, returns and limits
Doesn't count toward the season score. A chopped last Arsenal car is really gone. If a tune is still running, the dialog says that it expires too.
