Part two of the handbook. One card per feature, written as the file the police keep on you, or the file the family keeps on the city. This is where the exact rules and formulas live. Every number comes straight from the game.

Achievements
What it is
Every medal is a line in your file. Achievements are flags for milestones: ranks, crimes, scores, fights, smuggling, cities, prestige and businesses. There are 42. They give no combat power.
Where to find it
Prestige, Achievements block. On someone else's profile only if that player shows their achievements.
How it works
The game sets an achievement as soon as your counter reaches the number.
Soft prestige keeps them.
Costs, returns and limits
Some achievements come with a reward in the catalog. The flag itself is the proof.
