Movetio Update #003
Ranks replace levels, families get a face of their own and an underboss, and Movetio has a fresh new look.
🆕 New
- Ranks. Levels are history: you now climb from Street Rat all the way to Don. Your reputation bar shows how far along you are, and every new rank is a promotion with a reward, its own icon and a title. Higher ranks unlock exclusive gear.
- Family pages. Every family now has its own page with a description and logo. Under All families you can search and sort, and you can add a message when you ask to join.
- Underboss. The boss can appoint an underboss who helps with requests, invites and the heist. If the boss leaves, it's clear right away who takes over.
- Style. A new shop for titles, badges, flair and name colours, with a preview before you buy. Looks only, no in-game advantage.
- Dice. The casino's dice game is completely rebuilt: two dice, one roll, and you pick low, seven or high.
- Español, Polski and Deutsch. Movetio can now also be played in Spanish, Polish and German.
- New home page. With the Erasmus Bridge in the background and the Ready to play strip, which shows what's ready and how long the rest still takes.
⚖️ Balance
- The casino is now open from your very first day in town.
🛠️ Improvements
- A new header and a new logo, with a tidier menu: Progress, Empire, PvP, City and Social.
- Achievements and Murders each have their own page.
- You can handle invites and friend requests straight from Notifications.
- A new game day now starts at midnight Dutch time, including your daily bonus and missions.
- The game loads faster, and so do the Handbook and the Dossier.
🐞 Fixed
- Joining a family sometimes gave an error; that works again.
- Amounts with a dot, like 1.000, are now read correctly, for example in blackjack.
- You can now log out while you're in jail.
🛡️ Fair play & safety
- In PvP, targets with too big a rank gap are greyed out, so fights stay fair.
